Pools By Young LTD was founded in 1971 on the principles of hard work, exceptional customer service, attention to detail and an enjoyable customer experience.  In the beginning, Pools By Young, LTD, led by founder Roger Young, established itself as the "Pool Builder's Pool Builder". In order to build our reputation in the market as a reputable swimming pool builder, Pools By Young, LTD stepped up to take on "problem" jobs from other established swimming pool builders to gain valuable experience in the worst conditions, to gain a reputation for successfully handling unforeseen challenges through to completion, and to continue the dream that these customers had for their backyard oasis and ensure that they did not have to compromise that vision.  

Today, the original founder is still involved as a consultant and Pools By Young LTD is still guided by the same principles upon which it was founded.
